The bed was comfortable. Hotel breakfast had a wide selection of fruits. Staff provided us with excellent service. Perfect location for exploring! Can't wait to return!

It’s frustrating there were no English-speaking channels on the TV!!! the lack of translated information left non-Spanish speakers in the dark!!! Definitely room for improvement in communication!!!

The space is unique, with an interesting design that’s visually striking and gives off a cozy vibe. The Standard Double Room was well-appointed, featuring a king-size bed that provided a solid night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired—I found hair in the bathroom and a dirty floor upon arrival. The shower toiletries were empty on multiple occasions, requiring me to ask for refills. the very limited natural light in my superior room made it feel gloomy, as the windows faced a tight courtyard. I also had some trouble with the balcony door. it needed a hefty pull to open, which was a bit of a hassle.

Friendly staff offered exceptional service, even assisting late at night when we faced a technical issue. The breakfast featured homemade Majorcan products and a wide variety of delicious options. Noise insulation could be improved as conversations from neighboring rooms were quite audible during the night.

casa clarita had the most amazin design! everything feels unique and cozy. staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to give tips. location is spot on, just a few mins from the old city square! the bed was really comfy and i loved the cool vibe of the place.

but the breakfast options were kinda bland and could use more variety. also, there was a bit of noise from outside sometimes.

I had an amazing 3-night stay in a Superior Double Room at Casa Clarita! The decor was beautiful and just like the photos. Breakfast was high quality with a great selection, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I felt completely safe wandering around day or night.
